Bisbrooke a quintessentially English village, at one time part of the Duke of Rutland’s Belvoir Estate, was noted not only for its gardens of soft fruits, but also its orchards. Dogs are most welcome!

The owner not only has experience of housekeeping in a Relais Chateau Four Star hotel but is a Cordon Bleu trained cook and former head of corporate entertaining at Hambros Bank and Guinness plc in London so you can expect a high standard of housekeeping, service and excellent home cooked food. Jacquie enjoys looking after her guests

Jacquie used to keep Highland cattle and Jacob sheep and is extremely particular about where her ingredients come from. The eggs are from a Bisbrooke farm and the bacon and sausages come from Pheasant Roost farm in Manton.

Jacquie holds a current Food Safety and Hygiene certificate and Environmental Health report
