“Highly recommend” – Hayley, Markfield

We were looking for something of good value… this place absolutely hit the mark, and delivered more!

A very quiet location, but not too far from local towns. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay, and would have gladly stayed longer. Who knew such a lovely place was literally on our doorstep??

Would highly recommend and hope to return one day. Thank you Jacquie!!

Jacqui and Alfie (her gorgeous cocker spaniel) were there to welcome us when we arrived. We were offered some homemade elderflower cordial which we enjoyed in the pretty garden with a great view.

We had a brilliant nights sleep in the extremely comfortable bed; pillows and bed linen were of excellent quality and not a crease in sight!  Breakfast was delicious; very well cooked, nicely presented and of good quality. Would definitely stay again.

“Luxury retreat” – T9531PQlisa, Oxhil

Very warm and friendly welcome from the host Jacquie and her adorable dog Alfie!

Beautifully decorated cottage. Our room was gorgeous, big fluffy pillows, homemade shortbread and a great powerful shower. The breakfast was delicious.

We are very much looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you, Jacquie and Alfie, for the most delightful stay.

“Amazing stay!” – Sheila, Withernsea

We stayed at Apples for three nights in Pippin Cottage. It had everything we needed and more. The room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was superb! Fruit, homemade granola, yoghurt, cooked breakfast with lovely poached eggs and plenty of toast and tea. Set us up for the day.

Jacqui was a fantastic host and made us feel so welcome as did Alfie the adorable cocker spaniel!!!
